Our pilots are FAA certified commercially rated professionals and every one has a perfect safety record.  Your pilot has years of experience safely maneuvering their flights.  Safety is our foremost concern.  Ballooning is dependant upon the weather.  If the weather is not conducive to a safe flight, we will contact you and reschedule your flight at your convenience. Your flight experience actually begins with your scheduling.   We are locally owned and operated.  When you contact us you will speak directly with Debby or Wayne, ready to assist you!  When you arrive at the time of your flight, please remember to arrive a little early as we will need to depart on time.  We will pick our launch site according to the wind direction and the area.  Your pilot and crew will inflate your big colorful balloon and you are welcome to join in and help as well!  Then you will board your magnificent craft and gently break the bonds of earth. As you ascend into the air, your pilot becomes your personal guide and as you waltz across the sky on gentle breezes, your cares will fall away.  You will enjoy spectacular views as you float along.  You will feel no movement, as you are one with the wind and largely for this reason, people who normally fear heights do not experience that sensation in a balloon.  Other than the blast from the burners, which heat the air in the balloon, it is so quiet that you can hear sounds from the ground.  You will feel peace, relaxation and exhilaration all at the same time!  As you glide across the sky you might ascend up to 2000 feet to rise over an obstacle or see the great view, you will skim the treetops or perhaps touch down on the smooth waters of a lake.  The ultimate flight experience!  Your flight will last approximately one hour.  Your chase crew will meet you as you come gently back to earth.  Once the balloon is packed away, you will be treated to a champagne celebration along with hors d'oeuvres and you will receive a commemorative flight certificate and a special gift!  Your complete experience will last about 3 hours. While we can accomodate some flights on short notice, it is best to schedule your flight with as much notice as possible.  The sooner the better! A 50% non-refundable deposit will guarantee your flight.  We accept checks and all major credit cards.  If you must cancel or reschedule your flight, your notice must be received at least 48 hours in advance to prevent your being charged full price.  All flights are subject to wind and to weather.  Safety is our foremost concern.  If we must reschedule your flight, please understand it is for your safety and we will reschedule you at your convenience.  Full payment must be received prior to your flight.
